Sharp Property
Our most recent acquisition came in the Spring of 2006 when we acquired the 431-acre Sharp Farm just north of Odessa, Delaware. This property is a combination of old growth forest, tidal salt marsh and tillable upland. It is bordered by Route 13 and Route 1, Old Drawyer’s Creek and the Appoquinimink River making it ideal for development as a waterfowl refuge.
Projects being planned for the property include control of evasive species, reforestation and deer and waterfowl management projects.
